Chris started getting serious about fitness in early 2014 and hasn’t looked back since. Chris fell in love with helping people achieve their fitness goals, not only through physical appearance changes but with helping people gain the confidence and mental wellness to be the version of themselves. After gaining experience at one of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing gyms, Chris started his journey training his own clients and learned what it means to provide real sustainable results.
